Home Grown on Woodhill Mountain

Home grown with love. This salad needs no recipe to be perfect ... just fresh ingredients. The surrounds of Berry are perfect for growing seasonal fruit, vegetables and having a few chooks.  This salad has beetroot which is tricky to grow in this area but was just delicious.
