4 x Eggs
Shape Milk (High Calcium - no fat)
Chives
Cold Brocollini
4 x Slices Smoked Salmon
Mix eggs & milk and make scramble eggs by folding eggs mixture in a non stick fry pan
Serve the Eggs with Salmon & Broccollini, sprinkle with chives & pepper & salt.
I also added a few teaspoons of cottage cheese & sour cream to make a low fat to top on the Smoked Salmon.
(High Protein Breakfast allowed after day 5 of the Attack Phase)
